13 February 2026When I say I was utterly delighted, that is an understatement! As I walked in to the funeral home I was greeting by the family of the deceased saying, " that plant you sent is absolutely gorgeous and huge, have you seen it? Which florist did you use?"! So, I had to take a look for myself and Wow! It was beyond huge but it was also so healthy and just the right thing as my Uncle was a gardener...he loved his plants.
Also, the communication was immediate after ordering, I received emails and then even better, I got texts tracking the delivery and letting me know the exact moment that it had arrived safely...the last funeral I went to, my flowers never arrived on time, (that was a different florist). Needless to say, not only did Flowers by Angel make me a forever client but the entire crowd at the service has me forwarding the info to them so they can use Flowers by Angel from now on. Thank you so much for the stellar service from A-Z!! You're the best and I will be using you without hesitation from here on out!
